New Market Area Library winter reading program

Feb. 1 - The New Market Area Library, along with the Shenandoah County Library, is offering the winter reading incentive program "Snuggle With a Book" for children ages 0-6.

Families will fill out the logs as they read books with their children and bring the logs back to the library by Mar. 1 to receive a certificate and a free book.
