Sept. 13, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. - "Intro to Pressure Cooking" - Blair Dolinar will give classes on how to use a pressure cooker to make speedy recipes like french onion soup, chili con carne, beef straganoff and rice pudding. $42.
Sept. 14, 10 a.m. to noon - "Heir and A Parent: Donuts" - Susan Dolinar will work with parents and children to make, bake and decorate donuts from scratch. $50/ pair.
Sept. 16, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. - "Dynamics of Dough" - Darren Ward will show how to make yummy bread with an apple theme. $42.

Chef Tona Bays will share recipes from her travels in the Caribbean. There will also be a short presentation on Beaches Resorts in the Caribbean.
