Sept. 21, 4 to 6:30 p.m. - Annette McManigle of TastefullyThai will demonstrate how to make authentic Thai delights like Chaingmai Noodle Curry, Sweet and Sour Vegetables, Spring Rolls, Red Curry over fish, and Beef Salad. Come enjoy a delicious meal. $55.
Sept. 22, 3 to 5 p.m. - Blair Dolinar will answer questions and teach proper knife skills. Class will include demonstrations followed by practical skills of various cuts of fruits and vegetables, herbs and garlic. Purchasing and care of knives will also be discussed. This is an adult only class, $37.
Sept. 23, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. - "Secrets to Perfect Pie: Chocolate Cream" - Maria Yoder of Sucre Sweets will show how to make perfect pie crusts and prepare a special individual size chocolate cream pie. If you have a rolling pin bring it to class. $37.
Sept. 25, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. - "Oktoberfest" - Chef BJ Howett of Union Jack Pub & Restaurant will share ideas for celebrating Oktoberfest. $45.
Sept. 28, 4 to 6:30 p.m. - Blair Dolinar will demonstrate how to create 30 minute skillet dishes, free-form lasagna, chicken in a balsamic vinegar reduction with mushroom and shallots and a French classic using skinless chicken breasts, and fish tacos. $42.
