Sept. 5, 6 to 9 p.m. - "Mastering Croissants" - Diane Hall will share recipes and techniques for making flaky croissants. $45.
Sept. 6, 6:30 p.m. - "Vietnamese Dinner" - Learn to make authentic Vietnamese dishes. Menu includes Stir fry beef with green peppers and onions, lemon grass chicken with chili peppers, crab and asparagus soup and crispy crab and shrimp spring rolls with dipping sauce. $50.
