Sept. 14, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Shenandoah Germanic Heritage Museum, 11523 Back Road, Toms Brook will hold a German Fest to celebrate the Shenandoah Valley's German heritage. Events will include craft fair and demonstrations, historical presentations, children's activities, military re-enactors, German and American food, beer and wine garden. Live music will be performed by Valley Table Singers, Five of a Kind and Rhythmus Strasse. Admission is free with $5 per car parking.
