Dec. 14, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. - The City of Winchester, Old Town Winchester Business Association and Winchester Parks & Recreation will host "Holly Jolly Old Town Celebration" in downtown Winchester. A wide variety of holiday activities for the entire community will be offered.
11 a.m. - Crawfored Brothers Quartet Caroling will perform on the walking mall. An Old Town Civil War Walking Tour led by Sandy JOnes will meet at the Kurtz Building, 2 N. Cameron St. Tours are $5 per person. Reservations may be made by calling 540-542-1326.
Noon - Our Savior Lutheran Church will perform on the walking mall.
Noon to 4 p.m. - Big Brothers and Sisters will host gift wrapping at the Bright Box Theatre, 15 N. Loudoun St. Children's Advocacy Center will host children's ornament making at the Godfrey Miller Center, 28 S. Loudoun St.
Noon to 5 p.m. - Christmas and holiday story readings will be held every 30 minutes at the Old Court House Civil War Museum.
1 p.m. - Crossroads Community caroling on the walking mall.
1:30 to 4 p.m. - The Winchester Model Railroad Club will display over 259 trains and miles of track ath the former B&O/CSX Freight House, 430 N. Cameron St.
2 p.m. - Heritage Baptist Church caroling on the walking mall.
3 p.m. - Church of Winchester caroling on the walking mall.
4 p.m. - Calvary Church caroling on the walking mall.
5:30 p.m. - Victorian Dance Ensemble on the walking mall.
7 to 10 p.m. - Victorian Candlelight Ball at First Presbyterian Church, 116 S. Loudoun St. Free, family friendly event that includes live music, dancing, refreshments and a performance by the Victorian Dance Ensemble. Period, casual or formal attire is welcomed.
7 to 9 p.m. - Horse drawn wagon rides compliments of Union First Market Bank.
Holiday specials and treats will be given all day at participating Old Town restaurants and shops.
