Jan. 9, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. - Soups From Around The World. Chef Daniel Hayes will teach how to make kale and roasted vegetable soup, four onion soup, moroccan carrot soup and Nantucket clam chowder. Interactive demonstration class, $45.
Jan. 10, 6:30 to 9 p.m. - Tastes of India featuring foods from India. Chef Tom Fiammetta will teach how to make simple chicken curry and Naan as well as the proper way to prepare rice. Interactive demonstration class, $55.
Jan. 11, 10 a.m. to noon - Heir and A Parent: Cocoa and Cookies. Bring your young one and join Becky McGraw for a parent/child cooking class featuring cocoa and cookies. Hands-on class, $50/ pair.
Jan. 11, 4 to 6 p.m. - Greek Cuisine. Diane Hall will help prepare a menu featuring Greek fare such as Souvlaki chicken skewers, oven roasted lemon potatoes, Greek salad with homemade dressing and Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and pure maple syrup. Interactive demonstration class, $50.
Jan. 14, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. - Filled Cupcakes. Becky McGraw will show how to make festive filled cupcakes. Interactive demonstration class, $37.
Jan. 15, 4:30 to 6 p.m. - Young Chef Series: Soup and Sandwiches. Classes are for 8 to 12 year olds and teach basics in the kitchen. Cleanliness and safety in the kitchen will be covered as well as making homemade soup and sandwiches. Hands-on class, $30.
Jan. 16, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. - Caribbean Night. Come sample dishes of the Caribbean that will be prepared in this demonstration class. There will be a short presentation on Beach Resorts in the Caribbean.
