• 5 p.m.: Opening ceremony, which includes welcome by local officials and entertainment by the Clarke County High School Band and the Bailey Mountain Cloggers, followed by the Junior Miss Clarke County Fair Contest and the Miss Clarke County Fair Scholarship Pageant.

• 5 p.m.: Ruritan Club beef, chicken barbecue
• 6 p.m.: Carnival opens
• 6 p.m.: Little Miss Clarke County Fair Contest followed by Pig Scrambles
