"a little bacteria living in the festering boil"...this must have been a more of a literal statement then scientific. I'm not sure what Georges "DMR" says, and what amonia has to do with e. coli or fecal coliform. If I lived downstream before stoney enters the shenandoah, i would make a fuss about it also....
User123, Well said. I remember reading about the week long Internet outage you mentioned. Shentel apparently lost a (the) router which brought the service down. Amazing that they didn't have a shed full spare routers but they didn't. They claimed that they ordered a new piece of equipment from a company in Boston, MA. The storm here apparently affected the shipping in Boston as well, thus the week's delay. Now, we're talking about a very important piece of equipment. If it goes down, all customers lose service. This wasn't rocket science. But it happened for lack of common sense. Absolutely...
Oh, dag-nabit darn it all,,, fudge and phooie... The Tea Party chickens are coming home to roost. Think your water bill is high now? Just you wait until these arithmetic challenged Teabillies get done tinkering with it trying to use Ryan math to pay for it without raising your water bill...(golly, why does that sound so familiar??)... what is wrong with looking for a free government gift of free government money in the form of free government grants... wuh woh... now you are all socialists? ...and not one single liberal in sight to blame it all on. Bwaaaahhhhhhhahahahahahaha ROFLMAO...
