Upon receiving a proof of your ad

PROOFING the accompanying copy is very important! It is your responsibility to check the accompanying copy to be certain that there are no spelling, typographical, or content errors. Please check the copy carefully. While we are always careful to avoid errors when setting copy, errors do occur.

Once you have proofread the copy, circle any errors and fax it back to us. We are not responsible for any unmarked errors found after printing.

Proofs

Advertisers requiring proofs must submit ad copy at least 24 hours prior to the normal deadline. There will be no charge for the initial proof (upon request only) of an ad. Any minor corrections will be made at no charge. Excessive proof corrections subject to a $7.50 charge per proof.

Advertisements requiring changes after deadlines will be charged an additional $7.50.
