Upon receiving a proof of your ad

PROOFING your ad is very important! It is your responsibility to check the copy to be certain that there are no spelling, typographical, or content errors. Please check the copy carefully. While we are always careful to avoid errors when setting copy, errors do occur.

Once you have proofread the copy, circle any errors and fax it back to us. We are not responsible for any unmarked errors found after printing.

Proofs

There will be no charge for the initial proof (upon request only) of an ad. Any minor corrections will be made at no charge. Excessive proof corrections subject to a $7.50 charge per proof.

Advertisements requiring changes after deadlines will be charged an additional $7.50.
