Vacation stops, starts or other temporary stops
Give us a call from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday to have your newspaper stopped temporarily. If possible, please call a few days in advance. If you call our office before 4 p.m. weekdays, we will resume your service the next day.
Change of address
Please call five days in advance when you need to file a change of address with us.
Delivery issues
Please call or e-mail our circulation manager at circulationmanager@nvdaily.com with concerns you may have regarding the delivery of your newspaper such as late delivery, no newspaper, poor service, etc. To serve you better, we will place a publication watch to help with delivery.
