Response announces ribbon design contest finalists
Response in Woodstock has announced the winners of the Child Abuse Prevention Month Ribbon Designing Contest.
To bring awareness to Child Abuse Prevention Month in April, Response asked area elementary schools to participate in a ribbon designing contest. Contestants were asked to design a ribbon to symbolize Child Abuse Prevention Month.
From W.W. Robinson Elementary School, Brianna Cooper won first place, Claire Shirkey won second and Ninouska Irizarry won third.
From Ashby Lee Elementary School, Dallas Brock won first place, Ciana Crawford won second and Ella Stark won third.
First place winners received a $25 Walmart gift card, second place winners received a $15 Walmart gift card and third place winners received a $5 Burger King gift card.
