School Lunch Menu: Aug. 18

This is the Shenandoah County school lunch menu for Aug. 20-24:

 

Monday

 

Breakfast: French toast, fruit, juice, milk.

Lunch K-5: pork egg roll, green beans, carrots, strawberry cut, juice, milk.

Lunch 6-12: pork egg rolls or breaded cheese stick with pizza sauce, mixed vegetables, veggie dippers, strawberry cup, juice, milk.

 

Tuesday

 

Breakfast: egg and cheese on English muffin, fruit, juice, milk.

Lunch K-5: popcorn chicken, baked beans, broccoli, mixed fruit, grapes, milk.

Lunch 6-12: popcorn chicken or beef teriyaki bites, baked beans, broccoli, mixed fruit, grapes, breadstick, milk.

 

Wednesday

 

Breakfast: mini strawberry bagels, fruit, juice, milk.

Lunch K-5: spaghetti with meat sauce, salad, corn, applesauce, peaches, garlic knot, milk.

Lunch 6-12: spaghetti with garlic knot or chicken quesadilla, salad, corn, applesauce, peaches, milk.

 

Thursday

 

Breakfast: turkey, ham and cheese croissant, fruit, juice, milk.

Lunch K-5: pork barbecue on bun, fries, vegetable juice, mango, banana, milk.

Lunch 6-12: pork barbecue on bun or turkey, ham and cheese sub, fries, vegetable juice, mango, banana, milk.

 

Friday

 

Breakfast: breakfast burrito, fruit, juice, milk.

Lunch K-5: grilled chicken patty on bun, au gratin potato casserole, green beans, pineapple, apple, milk.

Lunch 6-12: grilled chicken patty on bun or sloppy joe on bun, au gratin potato casserole, green beans, pineapple, apple, milk.
