Arts Council

Rich Follett will entertain at the new “Soup, Sip and Song-Irish Pub Night” from 6:30 to 9 p.m. today at the Blue Ridge Arts Council, 305 E. Main St., Front Royal.

Winchester Little Theatre

Winchester Little Theatre will present the murder mystery “A Talent for Murder” at 8 p.m. today and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday at 315 W. Boscawen St., Winchester.

Future performances will be held March 15-18 and 21-24. Tickets range from $15.50 to $19.75.

Piccadilly Public House

The following performers will be at the Piccadilly Public House & Restaurant this weekend at 125 E. Piccadilly St., Winchester:

  • Today: Dave Elliot on piano at 6:30 p.m.; Fogg at 8 p.m.
  • Saturday: Rob Yeakle on piano at 6:30 p.m.; Robbie Limon Band at 8 p.m.

Jennifer Evans and Richard Kinsley will perform on the Appalachian and hammered dulcimer from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday at Performing Arts Luray on Main Street.

Model train show

The Winchester Model Railroad Club will hold its annual spring train show and sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Winchester Moose Lodge, 215 E. Cork St.

Bright Box

Bright Box Theater has announced the following performances will be held Saturday at 15 N. Loudoun St., Winchester:

  • Music of Simon & Garfunkel performed by Swearingen & Kelli at 8 p.m. Tickets: $12 in advance, $15 at door.
  • DIVAS drag show at 10 p.m. Tickets: $20-$30.

The Galestro-Smith Duo will perform from 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley, 901 Amherst St., Winchester.

This Summer: Fair concert

Rock icons Great White and Kix will close out the Shenandoah County Fair’s entertainment lineup on Sept. 1.

Great White is best known for “Once Bitten, Twice Shy.” Kix, with local roots in Hagerstown, Maryland, is known for its single “Blow My Fuse.”

General admission and reserve tickets will go on sale online only” at noon March 15. Visit and click on the Great White/Kix ticket link to purchase them.

This concert will feature the “Party Zone” – front stage standing room only with a trackside beer garden. All tickets for the track and grandstand purchased by July 31 will be $25. Starting Aug. 1,  tickets will be $30.
