Relay For Life of Winchester/Frederick County will hold a ceremony honoring cancer victims and survivors from 6 p.m. Friday through 6 a.m. Saturday at the James Wood High School track.
A free cancer survivor dinner will be held at 5 p.m. There will also be a visit by Paw Patrol characters from 5 to 7:30 p.m., games, activities and food.

Shenandoah County Extension Master Gardeners will be available to answer home horticulture questions from 9 a.m. to noon Friday at the Extension office in Woodstock. Information: 459-6140.
Bowman Library in Stephens City will host a game night from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Friday for middle- and high-school students to play electronic, card and computer games. Chaperons will be present. Snacks provided. Information: http://www.handleyregional.org.
