Library

Samuels Library in Front Royal has scheduled the following programs:

• The Maker Club (school-age children): 4:30 p.m., Tuesday. Theme: pets we love.

• Toddler story time: 10:15 a.m., Wednesday and Thursday. Theme: Winnie the Pooh.

• Preschool story time: 11 a.m. Wednesday and Thursday. Theme: Winnie the Pooh.

 

Film

As part of Handley Regional Library’s 2017 One Book One Community Program, the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema will show the film “Chef” at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

This year’s book is “Dishing Up Virginia: 145 Recipes that Celebrate Colonial Traditions and Contemporary Flavors” by Patrick Evans-Hylton.
