School Lunch Menu: Oct. 21

This is the Shenandoah County school lunch menu for Oct. 23-27:

Monday

Breakfast: French toast, fruit, juice, milk.

Lunch K-5: baked macaroni and cheese, breadstick, green beans, baby carrots, watermelon, panned apples, milk.

Lunch 6-12: baked macaroni and cheese and breadstick or breaded chicken patty on bun, green beans, baby carrots, watermelon, panned apples, milk.

 

Tuesday

Breakfast: egg and cheese on English muffin, fruit, juice, milk.

Lunch K-5: sloppy joe on bun, corn, broccoli, pears, juice, milk.

Lunch 6-12: sloppy joe on bun or corn dog nuggest, corn, broccoli, pears, juice, milk.

 

Wednesday

Breakfast: mini strawberry bagels, fruit, juice, milk.

Lunch K-5: Salisbury steak with gravy, breadstick, mashed potatoes, peas, peaches, mixed fruit, milk.

Lunch 6-12: Salisbury steak with gravy and roll or chicken tenders and breadstick, mashed potatoes, peas, peaches, mixed fruit, milk.

 

Thursday

Breakfast: turkey, ham and cheese croissant, fruit, juice, milk.

Lunch K-5: fajita chicken wrap, baked beans, salad, banana, applesauce, milk.

Lunch 6-12: fajita chicken wrap or pork rib patty on bun, baked beans, salad, banana, applesauce, milk.

 

Friday

Breakfast: breakfast burrito, fruit, juice, milk.

Lunch K-5: fish on slider, fries, beets, grapes, juice, milk.

Lunch 6-12: fish on slider or Steak-Um on bun, fries, beets, grapes, juice, milk.
