Stocking stuffers for the foodie

Delight the foodies on those holiday wish lists, or just those who like to eat, with scrumptious stocking stuffers including jams and jellies, pancake and waffle mix, honey and tea. Who doesn’t like to eat?

Stonewall Kitchen Wild Blueberry Maine Jelly, $8; Gingerbread Waffle Mix, $10; and Creamed Honey, $7.99, oh my. Just a few of the tasty food items available at Nibblins in Winchester. Their selection of yummy treats are sure to fill even Santa’s belly.

Matt Shaffer, owner of Shaffer’s BBQ in Middletown, provides a wide variety of local items including his very own barbecue sauce/rub, $16; apple cider from Edinburg, hot sauces and Bloody Mary mix from Clarke County, $7 and up.

Old-fashioned candies bring back the memories of yesteryears. Stokes General Store, in Front Royal, offers a wide variety of candies designed to satisfy that sweet tooth. Candies include old-fashioned ribbon, spearmint leaves, cherry slices, spice drops and orange slices, $1.50 and up.
