Walker Hayes to headline Bloom Country Music Party
WINCHESTER – Singer, songwriter Walker Hayes will be headlining this year’s Bloom Country Music Party in conjunction with the Apple Blossom Festival on May 5. The concert will be presented by Shenandoah Country Q102, an iHeart Media station.
The country music singer from Mobile, Alabama, has a new album coming out called “Boom.” His first single was “Pants,” was released in 2010 followed by “Why Wait for Summer.”
In 2016 Hayes was signed by Grammy Award-winning producer Shane McAnally to SMACKSongs, according to Hayes’ website.
As has been previously announced for the 2018 Apple Blossom Festival, the Country Music Party, along with other festival events, will be moving to the Tolley Dental Zone, located at the James R. Wilkins, Jr. Athletics & Events Center on the campus of Shenandoah University.
