Baked Potato Pizza

1 (11 oz.) can refrigerated thin pizza crust
1 slices provolone cheese
2 c. cubed unpeeled baked potato (about 1 large)
2 T. olive oil
2 T. Ranch dressing and seasoning mix (from 1 oz. milk recipe pkg.)
1 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
8 strips crispy cooked bacon, chopped
¼ c. sliced green onions (4 med.)
sour cream

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray or grease 15×10 inch or larger cookie sheet. Unroll dough on cookie sheet; starting at center, press dough into 15×10 inch rectangle. Arrange the provolone cheese slices on dough. In med. bowl, mix potato, olive oil, and ranch dressing mix. Spoon evenly over cheese. Sprinkle with bacon and cheddar cheese. Bake 13-16 mins. or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with onions. Serve with sour cream.
