Military news

David M. Reed graduated from the Army Reserve Officer Training Corps leader development and assessment course at Fort Lewis at Tacoma, Wash.

The son of Mark N. and Nancy M. Reed of Luray, he is a 2005 graduate of Luray High School.

Parks, Rec news

The Warren County Parks and Recreation Department and Warren County High School will hold a Wildcat volleyball camp for sixth- through eighth-graders on Jan. 10 from 1 to 6 p.m. at the school.
