Neighborhood notes: Shenandoah
The community Thanksgiving dinner at the St. Paul Lutheran Church raised $1,440, which will be used to help needy residents.
Fallon Cooper of Woodstock, a freshman at Virginia Commonwealth University, has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester.
The following ninth-graders at Central High School have been named to the A honor roll for the second grading period:
