Neighborhood notes: Front Royal
The Warren County College Access Network will have financial aid assistance for graduating seniors and parents completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Skyline High School.
There will be a drawing for a $100 book scholarship for students completing the FAFSA. Further information is available by calling 635-4144, Extension 44232 or via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ressie Jeffries Elementary School received 263 votes and $400 from the Martin's A+ Rewards Video Contest on Jan. 21.

Justin Thurston of Front Royal, a freshman at James Madison University, has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester.
He is a 2008 graduate of Skyline High School.
