Jill and Jason Alicie of Front Royal have announced the birth of a daughter, Meghan Kristina, on Dec. 27 at Winchester Medical Center.

Joshua and Julie Grove of Front Royal have announced the birth of a son, Gavin Brock, on Nov. 25 at Warren Memorial Hospital.

Grandparents are John and Penny Grove of Milton, Fla., and Joan and James Curl Jr. of Front Royal.

Harmony Place
Harmony Place, formerly the Warren County Council on Domestic Violence, is seeking volunteers to paint and decorate emergency shelter rooms and the Second Chance Thrift Boutique on Monday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
