Mingle-Carter
Betty Ann Perkins of Clarkston, Wash., has announced the engagement of her daughter, Kimberly Mingle of Front Royal, to John Carter, son of Arthur and Avis Carter of South Yarmouth, Mass.
Miss Mingle is a graduate of Walla Walla University.
Mr. Carter is a graduate of Cape Cod Technical School.
A June 10 wedding is planned.
