Neighborhood notes: Shenandoah
Benjamin Cooley has been named to the president's list at Blue Ridge Community College for the fall semester.
He is the son of Mike and Holley Cooley of Woodstock.
Dara Neal Booher received a master's degree in agricultural extension education from Colorado State University.
She is the daughter of Freddie and Ginger Neal of Woodstock.
