The son of Angela Franklin of Stephens City, he is a 2005 graduate of Sherando High School.
Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Anthony J. Bakos graduated with honors from basic training at Lackland Air Force Base at San Antonio.
The son of Jim and Lisa Bakos of Stephens City, he is a 2008 graduate of Sherando High School.

Allison Laurel Pecha received a doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She graduated with highest honors.
The daughter of Robert and Joanna Pecha of Stephens City, she is a 2001 graduate of Sherando High School and a 2005 graduate of Virginia Tech.
She is a clinical research scientist at Research Triangle Park in North Carolina.

The Clarke County 4-H junior poultry judging team, consisting of Courtney Walls, Monica Wisecarver and Victoria Miller, placed second in the state at the Virginia Poultry Federation youth convention April 24 at the Rockingham County Fairgrounds.
Senior members Josiah Always and Cody Wisecarver placed sixth and 10th, respectively.
