Walker anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Gene F. Walker of Winchester celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on June 6.

The couple were married June 6, 1954, at the Baptist Church in Winchester by the Rev. E.B. Smith and Dr. E.T. Clark.

Mrs. Walker is the former Dorothy Shell.

The couple have two sons, Roger Walker of Winchester and Ronald Walker of Gore, two granddaughters and three great-grandsons.

A celebration is planned at a later date.
