Day-Painter

Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Day, Jr. of New Market have announced the engagement of their daughter, Jacqueline M., to Michael W. Painter, son of Landon and Audrey Wolfe of New Market.

Miss Day is a graduate of Stonewall Jackson High School, Lord Fairfax Community College and Eastern Mennonite University. She is employed by Farmers and Merchants Bank.

Mr. Painter, a graduate of Central High School and Lord Fairfax Community College, is an engineering technician at the Virginia Department of Transportation.

A July 25 wedding is planned.
