Stout-Duncan

Tom and Martha Stout of Fort Valley have announced the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth, to Tim Duncan, son of Janet and Mahlon "Junior" Duncan of Mt. Jackson.

Miss Stout earned a bachelor's degree in agricultural sciences in 2008 and a master's in education in 2009, both from Virginia Tech.

Mr. Duncan, a student at Lord Fairfax Community College, is employed by the Virginia Department of Transportation.

A July 11 wedding is planned.

Kelley-Lichliter

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Kelley of Front Royal have announced the engagement of their daughter, Cathleen, to Arthur Lichliter, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lichliter of Fort Valley.

Miss Kelley, a graduate of Warren County High School, is employed by T.J. Maxx in Winchester.

Mr. Lichliter, a graduate of Central High School, is employed by the Family Dollar Distribution Center.

No wedding date has been set.

Sigurdson-Sorah

Bruce Sigurdson of Winchester and Janice Drummond of Springfield have announced the engagement of their daughter, Kathleen Marie Sigurdson, to Noah Benjamin Grant Sorah, son of Joseph and Annette Sorah of Vienna.

The couple are financial specialists at the U.S. Department of the Interior.

An Oct. 3 wedding is planned.
