Pangle-Kibler

Sheila Pangle and Brian Kibler were married July 11 at the First Presbyterian Church in Winchester.

The bride is the daughter of Cheri Miller and James Pangle of Strasburg. The groom is the son of Gary and Barbie Kibler of Toms Brook.

The Rev. David Howard performed the ceremony.

Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore an ivory shimmery satin gown with a V-neck halter with tight gathers, a beaded, embroidered dropped waist and a chapel train with beaded embroidery. She wore a headband with Swarovski crystals and carried a bouquet of pink carnations, light green hydrangeas and canary roses.

The matron of honor was Nicki Judy of Strasburg, sister of the bride. She wore a sleeveless short satin canary dress with a scooped halter neckline, champagne sash and peek-a-boo skirt. She carried a bouquet of light green hydrangeas and pale pink carnations.

Bridesmaids were Michelle Pangle and Michelle Penland, both of Strasburg, Emily Kibler of Toms Brook, sister of the groom, and Mandy Boney of Staunton. Their dresses and flowers were identical to the honor attendant's.

The groom's father was best man. Ushers were Brady Kibler, brother of the groom, and James Strosnider, both of Toms Brook, and Mike Himelright and Ryan Judy, both of Strasburg.

The flower girl was Madson Judy, niece of the bride. Ring bearer was Seth Stickley, cousin of the groom.

A reception followed at the Travelodge.

The bride earned a bachelor's degree in liberal studies from Bridgewater College. She is a third-grade teacher at Sandy Hook Elementary School.

The groom earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and a master's in physical and health education from James Madison University. He is a physical education teacher and football and wrestling coach at Sherando High School.

Following a wedding trip to Sandals Resort in St. Lucia, the couple are living in Strasburg.
