Ann and Daniel Walters of Front Royal have announced the birth of a daughter, Emmaline Grace, on Oct. 8 at Warren Memorial Hospital.

Grandparents are John and Carol Walters of Yucaipa, Calif., and Bob and Fay Pratt of Blythe, Calif.

Retired Teachers

The Warren County Retired Teachers Association awarded $1,000 scholarships to Thomas Robinson of Skyline High School and Kathyrn Stephens of Warren County High School at its scholarship dinner on Oct. 19.

Salvation Army

The Salvation Army is seeking nonperishable food for its pantry.
