Nicole and Hilario Dejesus Delgadillo of Front Royal have announced the birth of a daughter, Genesis Olivia, on Oct. 8 at Warren Memorial Hospital.
Grandparents are Wanda Martinez and Jose Martinez, both of Duncan, and Virginia Lewis of Culpeper.

The will accept applications for Christmas assistance weekdays from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. through Nov. 6.
Applicants have been asked to provide picture IDs, Social Security cards, birth certificates, food stamps, Medicare and Medicaid cards and proof of income and expenses.
