Eric and MaKenya Owens of Strasburg have announced the birth of a daughter, Jalina Rhiann, on Sept. 27 at Warren Memorial Hospital.

Grandparents are Farrell and Shelley Owens of Strasburg, Herman and Fannie Ray of Cape Girardeau, Mo., and Barbara Owens of Dexter, Mo.

Maurertown

Shane and Holly Steed of Maurertown have announced the birth of a son, Carter Rhodes, on Oct. 11 at Winchester Medical Center.
