Jonathan and Carrie Heishman of Edinburg have announced the birth of a son, Jonathan Carter, on Nov. 6 at Warren Memorial Hospital.
Grandparents are Steve and Debbie Heishman of Mt. Jackson and John and Sherrie Miller of Basye.
