Jonathan and Carrie Heishman of Edinburg have announced the birth of a son, Jonathan Carter, on Nov. 6 at Warren Memorial Hospital.

Briana Elzey of Plymouth Meeting, Pa., graduated from the Drexel University law school in May and passed the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar exams.

She is the daughter of Monedia Kaufman Elzey, formerly of Woodstock, and the granddaughter of Frances Corley of Woodstock.

Soccer League

The Shenandoah County Soccer League will conduct registration through Jan. 15 for its spring season.
