Crabill-Lowden

Phillip and Donna Crabill of Woodstock have announced the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Ann, to Brett J. Lowden, son of Gary and Sandy Lowden of Orlean.

Ms. Crabill, the granddaughter of Frances T. Fravel of Woodstock and Mary Crabill of Toms Brook, is a graduate of Central High School and James Madison University. She is a student adviser at American Public University Systems in Manassas.

Mr. Lowden, a graduate of Fauquier High School and James Madison University, is a contracts administrator at CACI International in Chantilly.

A June wedding is planned.
