Jason Simmons earned a bachelor of fine arts degree in digital filmmaking and video production on Dec. 16 from the Art Institute of Washington, DC.
He was presented a medal for highest achievement in an academic program.
He is the son of Dennis and Gail Simmons of Strasburg.
