Jack and Denise Jenkins of Front Royal have an-nounced the birth of a son, Nicholas Albert Payne-Jenkins, on Nov. 19 at Warren Memorial Hospital.

Grandparents are Albert and Elizabeth Payne of Front Royal, Otella Jenkins of Culpeper and the late James Jenkins.
