Edmund and Jerri Miller of Strasburg have announced the birth of a daughter, Alexis Jane, on Feb. 17 at Winchester Medical Center.

Grandparents are Jerry and Eva King and Icelee Nelson, all of Strasburg, and Charles Miller of Front Royal. Great-grandmothers are Cardinia King and Jean Neff, both of Strasburg.
