Strother-Apger
Betty Strother of Strasburg and Charles Carter of Winchester have announced the engagement of their daughter, Ashley L'erin Strother, to Robert Earl Apger, son of Karen Chapin and William Apger of Michigan.
Miss Strother, a 2000 graduate of Strasburg High School, is employed by Shenandoah University and Home Instead Senior Care.
Mr. Apger, a 1999 graduate of Houghton (Mich.) High School, is a sergeant in the U.S. Army.
A Dec. 11 wedding is planned.
