Mackenzie Dalton Rakes and Andrew Michael Foltz were married June 12 at the Stultz farm at Woodstock.

The bride is the daughter of Garry and Cheryl Rakes of Front Royal. The groom is the son of Ralph and Phyllis Foltz of Woodstock.

Magistrate Dianna Jett performed the ceremony.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory satin gown with beaded straps and a short train and carried a bouquet of spring flowers.

The matron of honor was Summer Andes of Woodstock.

Bridesmaids were Ashley Gatchell of Maurertown, Melinda Gowens of Edinburg, Brandy Carter of Winchester and Mary Westcott of Washington, D.C.

All the attendants wore sun dresses and flip-flops.

The best man was Brian Foltz of Edinburg, brother of the groom.

Groomsmen were J.J. Gatchell of Maurertown, John Andes, Josh Reedy and Steve Foltz, brother of the groom, all of Woodstock, and Lee Marcey of Winchester.

The flower girl was Olivia Gatchell. Ring bearer was Marley Andes.

A reception followed.

The bride, a 2004 graduate of Warren County High School, is employed at Warren Memorial Hospital.

The groom, a 2002 graduate of Central High School, is employed by Shentel in Edinburg.

Following a wedding trip to Deep Creek Lake, Md., the couple are living in Woodstock.
