Fair winners
Brian Walsh was both the grand champion and senior champion showman in the 4-H/FFA swine show Sept. 1 at the Shenandoah County Fair.
Michael Marston was named senior reserve and reserve grand champion showman.
Other showmanship winners were:
Jordan Carte, novice; Hailey Showemaker, reserve novice; Tyler Carte, junior; and Emilie Webb, reserve junior.
Aaron Heishman had the grand champion market hog, breeding gilt and reserve champion breeding gilt and Garrett Coffey the reserve champion market hog.
Also winning champion awards were:
Cody Ross, lightweight market hog; Walsh, reserve lightweight market hog; Coffey, mediumweight market hog; Webb, reserve mediumweight market hog; Aaron Heishman, heavyweight market hog; Tracy Barb, reserve heavyweight market hog; and Shoemaker, grand champion pen of two market hogs and lightweight pen of two market hogs
Nathan Gochenour was both the grand champion and senior champion in the 4-H/FFA goat showmanship competition at the Shenandoah County Fair on Sept. 2.
Tiffany Heishman was both reserve grand champion and novice showman.

Emily Mansfield had the grand champion market goat and Kayla Miller the reserve grand champion.
