Menu: Shenandoah

Monday: Salisbury steak, gravy, mashed potatoes, cauliflower vegetable mix, peaches or melons, hot roll. Tuesday: chicken parmesan with whole-grain pasta, peas, fruit salad, whole-grain garlic roll. Wednesday: chef's salad with ham in edible bowl, steamed broccoli, peach crisp, whole-wheat roll. Thursday: shepherd's pie, mixed fruit or tangerine, bread stick. Friday: chili con carne, salad, pears or grapes, corn muffin.
