Raymond and Sandra Campbell of Winchester have announced the engagement of their daughter, Ann Marie, to Joshua Caleb Jarboe, son of Mike Jarboe of Fort Valley and Judith Reynard of Stephens City.
Miss Campbell, a graduate of Handley High School and Shenandoah University, is director of media relations at Shenandoah University.
Mr. Jarboe, a graduate of Stonewall Jackson High School and Lord Fairfax Community College, is employed by CarQuest.
A Nov. 5 wedding is planned.

Jay Barnes
Gary and Barbie Kibler of Toms Brook have announced the engagement of their daughter, Emily Louise, to Phillip "Jay" Barnes, son of Carl "Butch" and Carmen Barnes of Strasburg.
Miss Kibler received a bachelor's degree in family and consumer sciences secondary education from Bridgewater College. She is a teacher at Signal Knob Middle School.
Mr. Barnes received a bachelor's degree in business marketing from Wingate University. He is a teacher and coach at Skyline High School.
A June 18 wedding is planned.
