Sibert-Mowery
Mr. & Mrs. Kevin Sibert, of Star Tannery, are have announced the engagement of their daughter, Kasey Lee Sibert to Glenn Marshall Mowery III.
Ms. Sibert is a 2009 graduate of Strasburg High School and is attending Lord Fairfax Community College while working.
Mr. Mowery is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Ramey, of Gore, and Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Mowery Jr. of Charlestown, W.Va. The prospective groom is a 2003 graduate of Sherando High School and is employed by Schenck Foods Company in Winchester.
An October 2012 wedding is planned.
Hooke-Presgraves
Ms. Cathy Presgraves of Stanley, and Mr. Michael Presgraves, of Luray, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Leeann Presgraves, to Jeremy Michael Hooke, son of John and Jane Hooke of Broadway.
Ms. Presgraves is a 2006 graduate of Luray High School and is employed with Rockingham Memorial Hospital. Mr. Hooke is a 2000 graduate of Broadway High School and is employed with the Town of Timberville.
An October wedding is planned.
