Cline-Proskey
Mr. and Mrs. Al Cline of Edinburg, VA, announce the engagement of their daughter, Carrie Elizabeth Cline, to Eric Thomas Proskey, son of Ronald Proskey Sr. of Hanover, MD and Betty Person of Bloomingdale, MI.

The future bride graduated from Shepherd University with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from American University. She is employed as a Federal Police Canine Handler with the Department of Defense.

The future groom served in the U.S. Marine Corps for eight years and received an associate's degree from Kalamazoo Community College. He is employed as a Deputy Sheriff in Loudoun County, VA.

A September 29, 2012 wedding is planned.
