Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Mcgreevy of Front Royal have announced the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Renee, to Jeffrey Scott "Scotty" Rhodes, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph F. Rhodes of Woodbridge and New Market

The bride to be is a 1999 graduate of Warren County High School and received her bachelor in fine arts degree from James Madison University.

The groom to be is a 1992 graduate of Woodbridge High School and received a bachelor of psychology degree from George Mason University.

The wedding is planned for Rappahannock Cellars Winery on Oct. 13. The couple will reside in Alexandria.
