Joe Johnson, kitchen manager at the Salvation Army Shelter in Winchester, has received five hundred dollars' worth of kitchenware from Kiwanis Club of Winchester members, Sam Long and Doug Butler. The donation was part of the club's community service project.

The Club meets on the second and fourth Mondays in the Godfrey Miller Home Fellowship Center, 28 S. Loudoun St. in Winchester. For more information, call 667-0356.
