Engagement -- Stout-Cockrell

Joseph Alan Stout, the son of James and Shelley Stout and Robin Michelle Cockrell, the daughter of Thomas and Connie Cockrell have announced their engagement. Stout is a 2004 graduate of Strasburg High School and achieved his master electrician license in 2009. He currently works as a master electrician in McLean. Cockrell is a 2007 graduate of Strasburg High School and a 2011 graduate of Bridgewater College of Environmental Science. She currently works as a Environmental Safety clerk at Winchester Medical Center. They look forward to their summer wedding in June 2013.
