Engagement -- Kibler-Jenkins

Morgan Ryan Kibler, the son of Larry and Tammy Kibler, of Strasburg; and Amanda Delane Jenkins, the daughter of Kathy and Jim Smith, of Strasburg, and Frankie Jenkins, of Winchester, have announced their engagement.

Kibler is a 2008 graduate of Strasburg High School and currently works at VDOT. Jenkins is a 2006 graduate of Strasburg High School and currently works at First Bank. A May wedding is planned.
